Exit Glacier - Kenai Fjords National Park

From the town of Seward we follow the single road through the Kenai Fjords National Park which ends after 8 miles at the Exit Glacier Visitor's Centre. From here there is a 0.6 mile long trail to the moraines of the Exit Glacier. With a length of over 3 miles, the glacier flows down from the 3,500 sq miles Harding Icefield.For experienced walkers there is a 4 mile long trail along the rocky western side of the glacier to the Harding Icefield. Watch out for bears!
